Ran into the same bug as Eden, but I am really impressed with how stylish this is (I love the blinking portrait) and I would love to play again to reach the end later on. Beautiful work.
One more thing now though: When it ended and I clicked "back to menu", music started playing, which I assume was supposed to be playing from the beginning, but the first playthrough was silent. So you may want to look at that.
Still it's very thoughtful, and looks nice. Like a photo that's faded in the sun. Muted but not necessarily bleak.

This is really pretty, and an interesting idea, but it seems to stop working after talking to the guy with a hospital wristband.
